Hindu Aerobics

The best thing about yoga is that it allows you to lie flat on the floor and breath deeply. No other part of the class can compete with the very beginning, when you just walk in, roll out a mat and quietly lie down. Even if I don't feel like going to class and try and find the reason to wag, I always remind myself of that opportunity - and it does the trick. I would honestly pay for a private session if they only allowed me to do that. No inverted asana brings me more comfort than my back on the mat on the floor; and this is why working out at home will never do it for me. Working out by working in, no less.
