Completely agree. When I saw Boyle for the first time I was really astonished with the discrepancy between appearance and her voice.

Thank God I am not the only one who talks to strangers, In garden centres, supermarkets etc, My daughters hate it and pull me away or tell me to stop it , I am embarrssing them & myself.
It's fun, informative, sometimes serious , sometimes an absolute hoot' with guffaws echoing around the place. I have no regrets or awkwardness & very rarely get a look of disaproval by recipiants of said conversation. But do feel hurt by daughters reactions, But in my own world of rebelliousness do not intend to stop this form of casual recreation.
Keep up with "Talking to strangers'

."...a favourite arcade of cafes..." Are you thinking what I'm thinking?!;)

I'm so intrigued about the new restaurant. You know my passion about 20's. Hats, gloves - is it black tie every night?

"A gentleman is one who knows how to play the saxophone, but refrains from doing so."

Transposed onto human interaction, this witticism turns singularly profound.

I love that cremation idea! I think I may steal it, too. I believe in souls and yet somehow I also believe nothing happens when you die. Maybe it's that I think the body's done with, so that part of life is over. It didn't occur to me before, but cremation is probably the way to go. Plus, I don't want my family (whoever is stuck with the task) to have to spend so much money putting me to rest.
